Carly Jeanne Hartdorn
​Owner & Head Instructor

Carly is a graduate of Delaware Valley College's Equine Studies program and has been riding since the age of four. 

As a junior, she competed in the Hunter, Jumper and Equitation rings.  During college she competed on Delaware Valley's Intercollegiate Dressage Team and placed nationally. Upon graduation, Carly accepted a job managing a barn with 50+ horses and instructing riders from beginners to advanced as certified International Level I Instructor through British Horse Society Stages I, II, and III.
In 2014, Carly opened Winward Equestrian in Monmouth County, NJ to educate and instruct the next generation of riders across all ages, disciplines, and skill levels. Both Carly and her dedicated team of riders are passionate about promoting good horsemanship in and out of the ring.
